How does the stipend work?

The true value, of course, that you receive for your time commitment is the life-changing fellowship experience itself.

However, we also know it’s hard to make time for your own self-development with so many competing responsibilities. But donors believe in investing in your growth, because they know the Jewish future depends on it. Therefore, qualifying applicants, upon completion of the program, will receive a cash stipend in the amount of $150. Over the course of the program, fellows will also build up a complementary, personalized library of fascinating, relevant supplementary books valued at over $75. Dinners and refreshments (including Shabbat) will be available regularly throughout the program.

The JTeam Leaders Fellowship also includes opportunities to participate in future JTeam/Olami learning-oriented trips, stateside or in Israel, at a discounted rate.
